Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Sorter AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use of the service.

2. What the Tool Does

Sorter AI reads publicly available engagement data (likes, comments, view counts, post URLs) from Instagram posts visible on screen. It does not interact with Instagram on your behalf, perform automated actions, log in to Instagram, or access private data.

3. Account Registration

To use Sorter AI, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Bypass or manipulate scan limits through any technical means
• Use the tool for mass automated data harvesting or commercial scraping at scale
• Resell or redistribute access to the extension or its data
• Use the tool in any way that violates Instagram's Terms of Service

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Payments and Scan Packs

Paid scan packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Purchased scans never expire and stack on top of your 3 daily free scans. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for eligibility details.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Sorter AI's functionality depends on Instagram's page structure, which may change without notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by Instagram changes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sorter AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of data extracted from Instagram pages, as Instagram may change their structure at any time.

8. Non-Affiliation

Sorter AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram). See our Disclosures page for full details.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
