Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The Sorter AI extension is completely non-functional on your device
- You have used fewer than 10 scans from the purchased pack
- You submit your refund request within 7 days of your purchase date
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have used 10 or more scans from the purchased pack
- The issue is caused by Instagram changing their page layout or structure (outside our control)
- The request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase
- The extension works correctly but you simply changed your mind
3. How to Request a Refund
Email team.insorter@gmail.com with the following:
- Your registered email address
- Your Razorpay transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- A brief description of the issue you experienced
We will respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
